Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A1:We are leading manufacturer of washi tape in China.We could control full production line of the washi tape, paper printing, adhesive coating, rewinding, cutting and packaging,so as to control the quality by our own.
Q2: MOQ:
A2:For custom washi tape order the MOQ is 100rolls / design (designs could be set on one printing plate)
For factory Stock patterns: MOQ is 20 rolls/ designs. 600rolls/ order
Q3: How do you ensure our design copyright?
A3: We could sign an agreement to guarantee with you and normally we wont upload customers’s designs on Internet or in other way.
Q4:For custom way,what is the sampling fee?
A4: Sampling cost is USD 158/job for CMYK Printing plate;USD315/job for Gold foil printing plate. Different technique washi tape will have different sampling and machine set up cost.
Here we have suggestion to save cost USD 32/job: we could digital print your designs in washi flat paper and send you so you could know the quality of our washi paper and the design colors (digital print is 85% similar with printing machine).
Q5: May I choose the designs on the website?
A5: The designs show on our website is our original stock desigsn, you could choose them. Stock designs will have factory brand logo.

Q6: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A6: We have QC department ,and QC leader Mrs Huang will have quality inspection of the half-finished products and ready made products . Also we welcome your QC coordinator here to inspect with us befroe shippment.
Q7:What is the lead time?
A7:For stock designs ,we could ship within 5 working days after your payment submitted. For custom order ,normally the production time is 18-20 working days regards of the quantity of order.
