DS THERMAL CONDUCTIVE TAPE(FP3002)

DESCRIPTION

FUYIN Thermally Conductive Adhesive Tape is designed to provide a
preferential heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat
sinks or other cooling devices. This tape is a pressure sensitive adhesive with
thermally conductive fillers an excellent bond to many substrates. The
specialized construction securely bonds the heat generating components to
heat sinks and offers both, good thermal conductivity and excellent electrical
insulation properties.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

To obtain optimum adhesion, when applying the tape to any surface,be sure that the
surface free from oil or other surface contaminates.

The Best Storage Condition are23±2℃, Best working Condition are18°C to 25°C,
if under such temperature, please heat( 40℃/24H) before use.

To obtain optimum ahdesion,there must be enough pressure when applying the
tape( 4KG on average)and provide enough maintenance time after bonding( 72 hours
after bongding can reach the best adhesion.)

Working environment: well-ventilated and dry working place at roomt emperature.

The best storage and working condition, Relative Humidity (RH)<85%.
If the storage condition(>40℃) ,will reduce the adhesion when applying the
tape,if exposure in the sun, will reduce or eliminate the adhesion .
If the storage condition(<18℃) ,will reduce the adhesion when applying the
tape.
